The following terms and conditions apply to all events presented by Blind dating Uganda.
1. We DO NOT offer sex service and we DO NOT connect sex workers . Users must be 19 years or older who are looking for dating. And all information User provides to Blind dating Uganda will be true, complete and correct in all aspects and material information will not be omitted.
2. User will obey all applicable laws and regulations while chating and messaging on our website.
3. The Blind dating event holds no responsibility whatsoever for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between another individual and yourself that you meet as a result of a Blind dating Event. We are also not responsible for your actions and choices that you make your own choices and will not hold us responsible for any incident, accident, or injury you may encounter or sustain at any event, or from direction or suggestions by blind dating.
4. Blind dating is not responsible for the outcome of any matches, and does not assure that any member has presented complete or truthful information.
5. You make all choices regarding who you contact, or follow up contact with.
6. You give your personal information at your own risk, just as if you met the person on your own.
7. You exchange any personal information at your own risk. Any investments, monetary donations, or exchange of funds are at your own volition, and not condoned by Blind dating Uganda. We suggest not giving money to anyone until a stable relationship is established. Anyone who borrows or takes money from another member without repaying any loan will be removed from membership, and banned from all Blind dating Events.
8. You agree to keep all communication and contact private. You will not disclose the names of members to anyone outside of blind date. You will not forward any communication, content of any communication, or information to anyone without permission from Blind dating Uganda.
9. Further, You agree not to initiate any claim whatsoever against Blind dating as a result of any of Our social gatherings or other activities and You claim that You take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting,communication or date.
10. Blind dating Uganda reserves the right to reject any User’s registration, RSVP and may reject admission to any of its events for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated and prevent User from participating in any of Its Events.
11. No pornographic content is allowed, Your account will be terminated
12. You have to own the photos you post on our website

Meeting Places you agree to go to with your date are venues venues over which Blind Dating Uganda and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a Dating event or Matchmaking, you agree to release Blind dating Uganda and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.
Refusal of Service
Blind Dating Uganda reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
